Integrated Yoga combines spacious breathing with deep and flowing postures. The emphasis of this practice is on opening, releasing and reviving. The body is filled with breath and awareness. The mind is brought back into balance. The flow of energy in the body is restored and the many internal systems rejuvenated.

Restorative Yoga, a blend of restorative, yin and somatic yoga. A slow, mindful practice focusing on relaxing and regulating the nervous system. Passively held postures are supported by the use of props such as bolsters and blocks, minimising muscular effort and enhancing energy flow back to the organs. The extended periods of stillness can bring balance back to the mind and a deep relaxation response in the body.

Both practices are suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
